Oddle – Accounting Intern

Oddle is a Singapore-based startup, launched in 2013, that provides a smart online ordering management system for F&B industry. We're proud of what we can offer to help restaurants grow and manage their sales, be it takeaway for dine-in, and transform the F&B industry. We envision doing so not only with our technology but also with our data-guided marketing solutions to improve their performance while using our online ordering system.

Accounting Intern (6-month)

What you will be doing

• Assist on merchant disbursement process to ensure statements and disbursements are generated and completed on an accurate and timely basis;
• Compile merchant finance onboarding materials;
• Cleanup of details on Oddle Finance billing platform;
• Assist on handling merchant billing inquiries;
• Generate aged receivables report by merchant and follow up with key account managers to improve receivables position;

Who we're looking for

• You’re able to commit for a full-time internship, 6 months and above from June/July 2021
• You’re pursuing a degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting related major
• You are self-driven, passionate and take pride in your work quality
• You are open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
• You are organised and have strong attention to details
