• Service and provide support to existing ERP and Accounting System customers.
• Establishing new customer base.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• Follow up sales leads.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers.
• A team player who is able to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively in fast paced environment.
