Job Description

Job Functions

  • Provide help-desk support to clients on ERP and Accounting System
  • Assist clients to understand the basic system operation.
  • Address issue regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting or Ad-hoc Onsite Support
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Hand on experience on Window 10
