Job Description
Job Functions
- Provide help-desk support to clients on ERP and Accounting System
- Assist clients to understand the basic system operation.
- Address issue regarding hardware, software and networking
- Conduct remote troubleshooting or Ad-hoc Onsite Support
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Hand on experience on Window 10
