- Assist in the day to day buying activities to support operations to achieve business objectives. 

- Liaison with suppliers and operations teams.

- To assist in the inventory replenishment, analyzing and generating of reports. 

- Prepare monthly statistical analysis for Business. 

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date folders for all relevant correspondence with suppliers

- Assist with Product Development and follows up with suppliers and vendors

- Embarkment on the FSSC 22000 and ERP system implementation in the company

- Work Closely with sales division to ensure that the quality meets customers' requirements and trends

- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
