Oanda – Outbound Sales Intern

About the role 

Do you want to work in an award-winning global company offering leading currency solutions for both retail and corporate clients? Do you want to learn and grow in the financial markets? Interested to learn about Forex and Crypto from the industries best? 

You should choose our position in Sales Department! 

What will be your scope of duties?

• Calling and live chatting with prospective OANDA clients.
• Guiding clients to place trades on their demo account. 
• Documenting all client communications in Salesforce. 
• Passing any account opening enquiries to the account executives.
• Working to company policies, processes, procedures and standards.

What are we looking for?

• University degree preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting etc. 
• Passion for Forex, Stock Market and Crypto trading or previous experience in trading (on a live or demo environment) will be a plus. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly. 
• Self-motivation with positive work attitude.
