Job Description
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms/corridors and public areas;
- Assist in the placement and/or removal of guestroom items including furniture and fittings e.g. roll away bed, baby cots etc.
- Be responsible in taking care of the trolley, linen, guests supply and Housekeeping stores;
- To assist with guests’ requests in a promptly manner;
- To notify supervisor and maintenance to report of any defects or repair required;
- To perform any relevant task as assigned;
- To handle and report of any lost and found items found immediately to supervisor;
- To work closely with Front Office and Maintenance Department.
