Job Description
  • Draft and review corporate secretarial documents based on the instructions given by the company.
  • Record keeping such as update minutes/notes of meeting and documentary record.
  • Communicate with relevant persons (clients/partners/etc) in relation to the execution of the above corporate secretarial documents.
  • Continuously carry out the Compliance Monitoring Programme and maintaining the necessary compliance files and registers.
  • Plan and conduct functional, and cross-functional working sessions to develop target state process models. Improvising or streamling existing process for better efficiency and delivering process streamlining and productivity improvements, while minimising risk.
  • General administrative duties such as office operation and security, maintenance and upkeep of communication and record-keeping facilities - hardware and software.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management as well as work closely with potential business partners.
  • Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e. Account Payables & Account Receivables process, General Ledger, account reconciliation, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures and the accuracy of the financial data.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects when required.
