nuTonomy is a spin-off from MIT and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology (SMART) focused on research and development for state-of-the-art self-driving cars. We aim to be the first company in the world to launch an autonomous taxi system, and we are building up an awesome team to make this goal a reality.
nuTonomy is developing the first-of-its-kind complete solution for providing point-to-point mobility via large fleets of autonomous vehicles. This includes software for autonomous vehicle navigation in urban environments, smartphone-based ride hailing, fleet routing and management, and controlling a vehicle remotely through teleoperation. The company’s software has been tested in the U.S., Singapore, and Europe.

Our vehicles are equipped with cutting edge sensors, computers, and software to enable fully autonomous driving. As a Vehicle Test Operator, you will be responsible for running the software that powers the vehicle.
On each autonomous drive, a Vehicle Test Engineer (Safety Support) must ensure that all systems are configured correctly and operating safely. This includes checking out the correct code from git repos, starting the right software processes, and monitoring the health of all input/output channels. If you love tinkering with software in Linux and watching self-driving cars in action, come help us build the world’s first self-driving taxi fleet.
