Operations : 1) Streamline processes and build systems that help to move the organization forward 2) Assist in the running of daily operations within a nursing home 3) Manage facilities-related maintenance, fire protection, security system 4) Preparing reports for management review 5) Possess a big picture vision while maintaining an intimate knowledge of every department and job role involved in operational processes 6) Managing of sub-contractors on site 7) Carry out periodic inspection 8) Implementation of project quality plan 9) Order and track shipments

Special Projects : i) Assist in the development of workflow and SOPs within TPNH ii) Assist in the setup of an effective store management system within TPNH iii) Assist in the implementation of Visitor Management System at TPNH *Taking reference from GENH
