NTUC Health – Internship (AAC – Volunteer Management

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.

• Prepare the logistics of the group volunteer activities at the centres
• Assist with content management such as the company's website, social media accounts, and update case studies on the local content page
• Assist to update the volunteer information and activities in the volunteer management system
• Coordinate with group volunteers and staff to bring seniors out for external events
• Prepare post-event/campaign reports
• Update EDMs for partners & seniors

Qualifications

• Preferably pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing
• Creative, tech-savvy, attention to detail and resourceful
• Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in G-Suite applications, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• May require to perform additional tasks as requested
