Job Description

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition - focusing on the early careers initiatives(IHL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional and strategic HR projects.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications 

You are:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
