Novelship is a Southeast Asia-facing online buy and sell marketplace for sneakers and luxury street wear brands, designed based on a stock market model. We aggregate street fashion worldwide and bring them to the booming Southeast Asian users. Upon successfully making a deal via Novelship, sellers must ship their products to us, where it will undergo stringent authentication protocols to ensure no fakes. Facilitated by payment, logistics and forwarding partners, we break down the barriers to Cross-border buy and sell, and bring the superior shopping experience to users.
In essence, we make authentic, exclusive fashion products accessible to Southeast Asian consumers.
We’re looking for an individual to join our young and dynamic team. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operation team to execute and monitor operations to ensure seamless operation and service to our users.
Take charge of daily operations, communicate with stakeholders in and out of company to process user orders.
You will learn how to design and implement operations process for handling of inspection, authentication, packaging and shipping products. You must be independent and pro-active with the ability to conduct research on your own with minimal supervision.
You will also get experience in working with shipping partners and in-house authentication team to optimise the flow of goods from arrival to delivery.
