Job Description

Title: Medical Affairs Intern 

Report to: Senior Medical Advisor

Medical Affairs Strategy and Operations
Participates in the development of strategic plans in collaboration with other teams (e.g. Scientific Operations (SciOps), Medical Information and Communication (MIC), Marketing and HEOR) to drive the success of Company's products.
Participates in gathering clinical insights / needs / feedback from KOLs / customers in country and communicates to internal partners including Marketing and Global Development teams.
Manages the internal governance for the established medicines

Regulatory and Risk Management
Ensures that own work meets all regulatory requirements and complies with local and Global standards and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met

Internal / External Relationships

Builds relationships with country level KOLs and participates on cross-functional internal teams to develop product advocacy.
Understands pathways for communication between Country and key Global colleagues / product teams.

 

Requirements:

Post-grad education (MSc/PhD) in the area of life sciences / pharmaceutical sciences.

Able to commit to the full duration of the internship (at least 6 months).
