- Job Description
1. edit some documents, template will be given.
2. summarize some contact number or leads generation using Google or CRM tools given.
3. make some follow up calls to clients, to remind them the existing certification renewal.
4. make service quotation or invoice based on client requirements and director guidance, via CRM tools.
5. project coordination , remind consultant and sales about clients requirements.
6. summarize some receipts and make them into excel spreadsheet for accounting purpose.
7. some ad-hoc works required by director
