Job Description

Sales Associate (Part-time)


Objective of role: 

The Sales Associate drive results and enhance the customer engagement by providing excellence in quality customer service.

Detailed Responsibilities: 

Create an amazing customer experience

  • Greeting customers and attends to customers with engagement of product and brand story.
  • Welcomes returning customers and perform any request(s) of after-sales service.
  • Complaint handling - Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
  • Forge and maintain good relations with customers.
  • Introduce & Share VIP Program / Privileges with customer.

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the Timepiece brands (AUGUST BERG/ BERING/ Olivia Burton/ Paul Hewitt/ Daniel Wellington/ Timberland) Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Display Stock Replenishment and Seasonal Promotions.

Establish Operational Excellence 

  • Opening and closing procedures are strictly followed
  • Store alarm system is checked daily
  • Stock replenishment and accountability for opening, closing and handover.
  • Ensure sales floor is always neat and tidy, and stock is well organised.
  • Weekly check of SOH with ERP system (Navision)

Business Recap 

  • Update accurate sales information
  • Understand the results and create action plan based on business needs by manoeuvring product displays to drive highest sales potential
