Objective of role:
- The Sales Associate is to drive results and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service.
Key accountabilities:
Achieve individual sales targets.
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Acknowledge and greet the customer promptly with a smile.
Prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
Assess needs by responding to customers cues.
Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc.
Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance.
Process and follow up customer orders and exchanges.
Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the BERING Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Ensure back room is always neat and tidy, and stock is in an organised order.
