Responsibilities:
- Handles and control administrative flow of supply chain
- Liaise with overseas partners for collection/delivery
- Liaise with local delivery company for collection/delivery
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Operation, Merchandise, Marketing, 3PLs
- Responsible for timely and accurate update of supply chain matters within the system
- Ensure transfer orders are posted on time
- Monitoring of integration & resolve the issue
- Communication deliveries schedule with Operations team on a regular basis
- Involvement in regular rolling stocktake exercises to ensure accurate stock in system vs physical
- Transfer order creation. Includes but not limit to weekly stock replenishment to the stores, marketing request, defective stocks transfer from WH etc. Liaise with 3PL on the order processing and delivery date.
- Check invoice against quotation & input inside system for tracking
- Process and plan delivery schedule. Work with various internal departments as well as external parties on the delivery arrangements. Liaise closely with the driver on the delivery. Maintain record of the order and submit hard copy to relevant department for posting.
- Assist in daily management of supply chain operations execution, handle operational issues associated with supply or demand volatility in warehouse and sales store including - but not limited to - supply constraints, or transportation issues, compliance issues or unexpected demands.
- Assists in liaising with warehouse and other departments for order releasing and requirement
- Support logistic activities for company’s retail activities
- Releasing incoming shipment for warehouse to do receiving and reserve stocks for different channel
- Checking on Form D, Invoice and packing list
- Updating of documents from time to time basis
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- MS Excel – Vlookup is a must
- Eye for detail, orientated, meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
