Job Description

Objective of role:

  • Perform all accounting and administrative work in support of Finance department
  • Assist Finance department on month end closing

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day collection receipts from all retail outlets
  • Keying, checking and posting of transactions
  • Perform daily reconciliation of sales: Sales/Receipt/Bank.
  • Assist in bank-in of cash and cheque collections
  • Maintain up-to-date accurate billing and collection status
  • Receive and verify supplier invoices
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

 Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to multitask
  • A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with retail industry will be preferred
  • Experience with Navision is an advantage
  • Proactive, organised and responsible
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes
  • Meticulous and resourceful
