Our prestige brand had humble beginnings in 1970s, when our founder Mdm Ong Kim Hoi, opened its first seafood hawker stall at Mattar Road Hawker Center.

No Signboard Seafood continue to gain a loyal followings, and well-known for serving only the freshest seafood cooked to perfection, with signature dishes like Singapore Chilli Crab and White Pepper Crab capturing the hearts of locals and oversea customers.

Today, No Signboard Seafood owns and operates three restaurants which are strategically located at the iconic places across Singapore such as Esplanade, Clarke Quay and VivoCity.

Carry out maintenance in accordance with organisational guidelines
Confirm resolution of issues with employees in accordance with user support policy
Determine factors that contribute to user support issues
Evaluate the causes & implications of problems with the relevant stakeholders
Identify possible solution options
Ascertain glitches in equipment, system & / or software using appropriate tools
Obtain system data applicable to the change requests, using suitable diagnostic tools
Prepare repairs reports, including information about problems & resolution action
Provide info in an efficient & timely manner
Receive requests for amendments in line with organisation's change management procedures
Test IT systems to ensure the issue has been solved & that the system's performance is not affected by changes

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least "O" Level
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent
Optimistic attitude, hard-working & keen to learn
