Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
NIROZE IDROOS LLC invite applicants for an immediate full-time position of a Paralegal.
Only Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Malaysian may apply.
Applicants should have a law degree or at least a paralegal diploma with two (2) years experience in a law firm.
In order to be shortlisted for an interview, applicants should possess the following :-
- Knowledge of e-litigation and ICMS.
- Law research.
- Fast in customising precedents of court documents.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good at drafting correspondence and court documents.
- Fast and accurate typing speed for physical court proceedings or Zoom and meeting with clients.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word and Google Docs.
- Opening and upkeeping of case files by ensuring all physical and digital files are up-to-date.
- Multi-tasker, independent and ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Good conducive working environment and opportunity for advancement.
