As of 2017, the function of NSHS covers not only strategic counsel, but also safety & compliance, sales & marketing, technical & engineering, and human resource development support.
The role of NSHS is to support operations of companies in ASEAN and Asia under its supervision and ensuring more effective use of the region’s managerial resources.
We are seeking motivated and passionate person to work as Marketing Intern stationed in Singapore and reporting to regional HQ of Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore (NSHS). This position will engage business stakeholders to manage internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with HQ team to ensure consistency of messaging, focus, and Corporate Planning, while localizing for the region and individual countries (mid term plan, corporate statement, annual report, newsletter)
- Collaborate closely with Nippon Sanso headquarters and local marketing agency in translating relevant information into presentation decks
- Be the representative to work with internal and external stakeholders to create content and manage existing materials to drive offline and online marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia & India
- Revamp Gas Applications Intranet with the Business Development Team
General Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or Diploma in Mass Communications Marketing
- Prior work experience in communications.
- Self-starter with an eye for details - Exhibit strong initiative in undertaking new opportunities
- Able to work independently and result-oriented.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to provide clear, factual and relevant information in written form.
- Excellent English speaking & writing skill
- Technology and net-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Sharepoint) applications
