The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating various special projects across different departments. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor analysis, market opportunities, and other relevant topics. Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Data Collection and Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to special projects. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track project progress and outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project results effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from different departments to gather inputs, coordinate efforts, and facilitate information sharing. Assist in creating alignment and fostering collaboration among stakeholders involved in special projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize project outcomes. Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve project management methodologies and implement best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and potential risks.
  • Support Ad Hoc Initiatives: Contribute to various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed. This may include assisting with event planning, conducting market research, drafting communication materials, or performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, management, economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates may also be considered.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities to gather and synthesize information effectively.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
