The Regional Employee Experience Intern will assist the Regional Engagement, L&D team in ensuring an engaging experience for Ninja Van’s employees. On top of data analysis for Employee Engagement Surveys, they will also help to administer activities which aim to enhance employees' well-being and make Ninja Van a fun place to work at.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis for employee engagement survey
- Administering Ninja Wellness Events & Social Activities such as Webinar Talks and Ninja Communities
- Administering New hire orientation programme and Operations Immersion
- Other adhoc projects as required by ELD team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree
- Able to commit from May 2021 onwards, minimally 3 months
- Experience in data analysis and/or possess strong excel skills
- Has organized and executed social events/activities
- Prior experience in an HR-related field is preferred
