Ninja Van – Human Resources Intern

Ninja Van is on a mission to dominate delivery for e-commerce in South East Asia. What you will learn

• Develop, optimize and streamline HR processes in a diverse organization
• Analysing data and improving documentation processes
• Implement multiple HR projects including employer branding initiatives, employee engagement activities, enhancing recruitment and on-boarding collateral, etc

Requirements

• Meticulous and a self-starter
• Interest in the Human Resources function
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fast learner and able to manage time well
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
