What you will learn
- Develop, optimize and streamline HR processes in a diverse organization
- Analysing data and improving documentation processes
- Implement multiple HR projects including employer branding initiatives, employee engagement activities, enhancing recruitment and on-boarding collateral, etc
Requirements
- Meticulous and a self-starter
- Interest in the Human Resources function
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fast learner and able to manage time well
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
