Job Description

 

1. Organized various forms of recruitment, collected recruitment information and assisted recruitment according to business development needs.

2. Handled daily personnel management, and handled personnel procedures such as leave, recruitment, employment, insurance and contract.

3. Wage accounting, monthly salary analysis and annual labor cost analysis and planning;4. Responsible for the registration, registration, alteration, annual inspection and other procedures of company qualification certificates.

5. Responsible for the operation of daily administrative work of the company, including establishment of administrative system, establishment of office environment, management of fixed assets, conference management, etc

6. Organized the planning of various activities of the company, guided and planned staff activities, and helped to promote the formation of company philosophy and corporate culture.

7. Responsible for the company's daily account docking and processing, tax docking.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in English, Human resources, administration, financial management, etc.

2. At least 3 years working experience in comprehensive position of administration, personnel and finance;

3. Familiar with the construction of the company's administrative management system and system, and have rich practical experience in administrative standard management and implementation;

4. Proficient in office software and office automation equipment;

5. Accurate and fluent Mandarin, fluent in English, proficient in English reading and writing.

6. Good communication and coordination skills, ability to analyze and solve problems, teamwork ability and affinity.
