Events Management

• Conduct research as assigned by supervisor on industry trends and present findings
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from industry reports and market survey
• Perform market analysis and research on competitor/related events
• Compile results of questionnaires and assist with data analysis and processing
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Compile, manage and update database for delegate marketing
• Assist in planning and staffing of events
• Assist with concept, event flow as well as operations/logistics before and after the event
• Support in the task allocation amongst other team members and be pro-active on the day of the event to make sure everything runs according to plan

 Administrative

• Largely involved with the department’s administrative duties
• Answer phone calls and refer to the appropriate staff as necessary
• Update contact information of clients in the system
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Temporary position, students seeking for internship are welcome to apply
• Available immediately or short notice and continue for minimum 3 months
• Good time management skill
