Job Description
- To do calculations and analysis using softwares.
- To do drawings using Solidworks or AutoCAD.
- To solve issues involved with mechanical parts (ie, hydraulic system, valves, etc).
- To produce technical drawings.
- To read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and computer-generated reports.
- To research and analyse the product, drawings and specifications, and other data to evaluate the safety aspect, feasibility, cost and maintenance requirement of designs or applications.
- To investigate equipment failures, to diagnose faults, and make recommendations to the installation and maintenance technicians.
- Carry out NEA Inspection for Waste Management Equipment
- Maintain ISO 17020
- Liaise with Company’s external appointed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Liaise with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) when necessary
- Liaise with Company’s suppliers on technical aspects
- All other jobs as and when required.
