Duties & Responsibilities

 Projects

• Assist the Sales Engineers with defining the elevator specifications called for in tenders, invitations to quote etc, and once reviewed, to send to factories for follow up proposals.
• Once order is confirmed, work with Sales Engineer on scope, schedule and highlight any special areas to note.
• Plan job schedule, materials delivery and manpower deployment
• Assist Project Engineers with site meetings and discussions
• Monitor the various installation teams on site progress and quality installation
• Coordinate testing & commissioning works for new installations till project handover
• Attend site inspections, if required

Service

• Work with Service Supervisor in respect of Service Operations on technical, quality and timely servicing
• Work with Service Supervisor to improve call backs and lift breakdowns
• Follow up and assist with matters raised during service visits-special works or quotes required
• For Service Inventory-ensure we keep sufficient stock of critical parts (especially those not available locally), maintain list of both local and overseas vendors for quick reference

Site Safety

• Work with the Safety Coordinator to provide oversight of Safety Management- Risk Assessment, Method Statement for projects. 
• Ensure Safety Coordinator adequately supervise the execution of safety requirement on projects, PPEs etc

Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
