Duties & Responsibilities (Guidance will be provided for engineering students or fresh graduates)

 Operations

• Assist, manage and execute projects, including attending site meetings, supervising and coordinate the installation progress.
• Upon project completion, attend inspections by AE, Consultant, RI and handover of lifts to client. Preparation of handover documents, BCA PTO application.
• Monitor the various installation teams on site progress and ensure quality installation.
• Assist in service management. Review service reports and initiate the necessary follow up actions. Prepare lift performance analysis report for customers and internal sales team.
• Attend site survey with Service Technician, prepare proposals for repairs and modernization projects
• Follow up and assist with matters raised during service visits-special works or quotes required
• Monitor lift performance with IOT.
• Responsible for the inventory management system – parts in stock, order and issue.

Site Safety

• Work with the Safety Coordinator to provide oversight of Safety Management- Risk Assessment, Method Statement for projects. Ensure Safety Coordinator adequately supervise the execution of safety requirement on projects, PPEs

Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
