This job is for a supervisor to run the ice cream parlours in Great World City and Parkway Parade

Specific experience desirable but not a must - if you love ice cream, have the right attitude and the aptitude, are willing to learn, be oriented in multiple facets of the business, and to take on tasks / targets and fulfil them you are aright fit.
Responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the outlet and liaison with the Operations Manager. To implement policies and practices as prescribed by the management.
Job involves good customers service skills, store management , compliance with hygiene standards and standard operating procedures and manuals. It includes but is not limited to the following:
Direct and supervise the activities of the outlet regarding sales, customer service and the product offered./ Strive to maintain maximum sales and profitability for the outlet./ Motivate the staff and to work as a team./Ensuring stocks availability in stores & Control cost / Preparing various reports as required by the management.
Salary will be based on qualification and relevant experience
