Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for talented, creative and driven UI/UX Design Intern to be the part of the Creative Team who is passionate about making our digital products including games, NFTs, Crypto and backoffice solutions etc look fantastic by creating astounding designs, user interfaces and user experiences on our integrated software products for our clients. The ideal candidate must be curious about how users interact with our software, with both the UX thinking to create an optimal user experience and the artistic ability to turn them into exciting user interfaces that fit the art direction. The key role of UI/UX Design intern is to assure that our suite of constantly evolving software maintains its user-centredness, user-friendliness and visual delights despite the ever-changing landscape of our global clientele’s business.
Our UI/UX Design Intern are the champions of the end-user, crafting and developing the user experience for each of our games and other software products. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will be closely working with our diverse team of designers, software engineers and product managers throughout the design process, from ideation, research, wireframing, prototyping to finalising designs and iterating in support of all gameplay features and systems. You will work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, tackling multi-platform design briefs from dedicated apps to mobile and web browsers, making sure users will have a seamless experience end-to-end. This role will also be responsible to improve our current design systems with features enhancements and ensuring that it adheres to current frameworks while being scalable.
JOB DUTIES
Collaborate with the product team to understand product requirements, user needs and business goals.
Assist the UI/UX team in conducting user research, usability testing and analysis to gather insights and inform design solutions.
Understand design system guidelines and generate professional digital output that is usable, compliant, facilitating the development.
Create and deliver design solutions that are functional, logical and interactive to delight users.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Provide support for any other UI/UX or visual design related duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing diploma/ degree in design related field (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, HCI) with familiarity in UI/UX design.
Proficient in design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes.
Strong interest in design and user experience with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively articulate and understand design intentions.
Ability to handle work pressure and adapt to fast-paced design projects.
Possess a strong learning ability and innovative mindset, willing to continuously learn and explore new design trends.
Full-time interns preferred (3 - 6 months).
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
