• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
• Be clear of day-to-day operations
• Assist colleagues with operations including picking and packing of goods
• Create and update new operating procedures
• Perform market analysis and research on competition 
• Have to be proficient with graphic design as you will have to plan out social media and various marketing campaigns
• Create marketing materials for distribution and to assist sales
• To conduct photoshoots if necessary
