Operations Executive (Shipping) Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of shipping operations
• Manage shipments and coordinate with ship owners and charterers to ensure smooth loading and discharging operations
• Handle demurrage / claims / disputes
• Timely invoicing and follow up for payments
• Foster and maintain good relationships with ship owners and charterers.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder
• Able to converse in Mandarin

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a bulk specialized liquids shipbroking/Shipping company

• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Able to work after office hours remotely
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Independent and a team player with initiative and willingness to learn
