Job Description

Administrative Assistant (1 Year Contract)


Essential responsibilities:
•process routine RMA and fulfillment;
•ensure that the preparation of turn-around / schedules are met;
•Prepare RMA report and follow up on warranty replacement to customer;
•attend to customers' enquiries and liaise closely with factory/repair centre
•generate repair quotation;
•generate shipping documents;
•maintain daily updates of tracking reports
•coordinate with forwarders on import and export shipment;
•process billing, filing and any job related duties
•order processing
•liase with vendors for quotation and price
•projects status update and monitoring
•any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor / Management

Qualifications/Requirements:
•O Level or equivalent
•Candidates with no working experience are welcomed
•Able to work exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently, self motivated and work under pressure to meet deadline while paying strict attention to details
•Possess relatively strong interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues and peers
•Good analytical, organization and communication skills (verbal and written), strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
•Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred
