Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist existing exhibitions team members to compile information and generate master chart which will be shared to the vendors i.e. Electrical, Store, System etc
  • Communicate with exhibitors to ensure their requirements are met and deliver a good smooth show
  • Assist & provide full support to the department during set-up and tear down of exhibition
  • To liaise with customers for their additional orders
  • To communicate with internal departments for the show requirements
  • To coordinate with external vendors prior to the show and during the show period
  • To settle pre and post billing to customers


SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 

  • An interest and aptitude to work in event planning, marketing or associated media management fields.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Resourcefulness and quick thinking.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to work with confidential data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
