Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, leave, attendance, and admin.
  • Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines.
  • To process company work injury case and liaise with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
  • Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
  • Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
  • Liaise with government departments for any policies and legal issues.
  • Handle employees grievances & disciplinary matter.
  • To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • Independent, resourceful and dynamic.
  • A good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.
  • Strong in problem solving, presentation, time management and interaction skills with all level of people.
