Neecare Medical Centre – Clinic Assistant

Neecare Medical Centre is a family medical clinic that provide medical  consultations, vaccinations, health screenings, surgical procedures. We mainly serve the neighborhoods. We do not take insurance patients. 

Looking for Full /Part time Clinic Assistant 

What You’ll Do:
• Handle patient registration, and payments.
• Assist with appointment bookings and health screenings.
• Provide to quality service to walk-in patients and phone inquiries.
• Support the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and data tabulation and ensure clinic cleanliness 

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Able to work shifts. Weekdays ( Morning and Evening Shifts) . PM close. PH close
• Saturday ( morning and afternoon shifts) . Night close
• SG/PR 

Clinic located opposite Bukit Gombak MRT station.
