1. Email campaigns – Responsible for the entire life cycle of an email campaign, from the initial conceptualization to post campaign analysis. 

• Creation, design of eDM templates
• Maintenance of customers database
• Sending out email campaigns through internal/external program.
• Generating click-through and subscription reports, doing post campaign analysis

2. Lead Generation/Inside sales

• General leads through demand generation programs
• Qualify leads via phone calls
• Schedule sales follow up

3. Admin work  

• Assist preparing costing sheet and sales registration and helping in improving the working workflow processes.
• Assist in improve sales quotation documentation
• Assist in collating all sales and marketing document into a single Sales tool Guide
• To update existing customer purchases record and follow up on due
• To assist in preparation of price comparison.

4. Partners management

• Organize sales/technical training
• Regular  feedback reporting on customers’ gaps
• Provide marketing Collaterals

5. Assist in preparing Website & Marketing Collateral management – design, content and production
