NCI Golf Pte Ltd – Guest Relations Officer

NCI Golf Pte Ltd, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTUC Club. NCI Golf operates Marina Bay Golf Course and my golf kaki.  MARINA BAY GOLF COURSE is Singapore’s first and only 18-hole golf course which is open to the public. Located strategically in the heart of town, the course offers golfers great accessibility and a picturesque view of the city skyline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend to phone and online enquiries on matters relating to golf course and tee time bookings

- Handle front counter duties such as tee time bookings, card registration and cashiering

- To maintain and be accountable for cash floats

- Assist in preparation for events and tournaments- Provide excellent guest service

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least “N” Level/Nitec or above

- Good written and spoken English

- Able to work 6 days on 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Must be a team player

- Customer service oriented with outgoing personality

- Ideally living in Central/South/East of Singapore

- Singaporean are encouraged to apply

Transport is provided for employees to/from Aljunied and Stadium MRT
