NCI Golf Pte Ltd – Corporate Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities:

· General office administration and paperwork

· Assist in corporate administrative matters such as preparing, compiling and dissemination of meeting minutes and reports

· Assist to handle and ensure proper documentation of tenders and contracts

· Assist in Safe Management Measures work rostering, monitoring and enforcement

· Assist in Facilities related matters

· Assist in employee development related matters

· Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications

· Preferably with some relevant experience

· Good written and spoken English, and interpersonal communication skills

· Good team player

· Must be digital/ IT savvy

· Positive attitude, meticulous, able to work independently and has quick learning ability

· Have problem solving and creative thinking skills

· Willing to learn

Convertible to a permanent position. 

Transport is provided for staff to/from Aljunied and Stadium MRT.
