We are a well established, Singapore company, specialises in wholesale of various essential oils, used in a wide variety of applications worldwide. High quality essential oils with varying grades are produced in, Indonesia with manufacturing facility that has the capacity to produce large volume of essential oils.

Job Summary

To support our sales and marketing activities. The role involves customer communication, quotation preparation, order processing, coordination of deliveries, and assisting with marketing initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Process customer orders and follow up on order status and deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales records.
• Support marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports as required.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.
