Natsteel Holdings Pte Ltd – Logistic Intern

Logistic Platform UAT Testing Support (including E-DO):

• Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the newly developed Logistic Platform system, which integrates E-DO functions.
• Execute test cases across all modules, including:
• Logistic Operation Platform (Controller)
• Driver website（driver）
• Settlement/Finance in Platform (department admin)
• Validate end-to-end business processes to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and process completeness.
• Record and report testing results, highlighting defects, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
• Work with IT project teams and relevant departments (Planning, Production, Sales, Project, etc.) to ensure issues are resolved and all functions are fully tested.
• Contribute to the reporting stage by developing dashboards and summary reports for management review.
• 2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Design and generate weekly logistics reports for the department (highlight & lowlight).
• Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with management requirements.
• Continuously optimize report templates for clarity and efficiency.
• 3. Documentation Management:
• Organize and archive logistics-related documents to ensure completeness and traceability.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of pictures, information, and archiving in the system as provided by drivers.
• 4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Assist in communication and coordination with departments such as Planning, Production, Sales, and IT Project teams to ensure smooth logistics operations via Logistic Platform assignments.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate student, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management or related fields.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Able to speak Chinese and English to train drivers.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of using office software such as Microsoft Office.
