Marketing Support:
Provide marketing support and promotional efforts for BAGUS, our groundups and partners in the ecosystem to inspire, create awareness and keep the BAGUS brand and our resources top-of-mind, including:
- Support the planning, creation and scheduling of marketing content across BAGUS Together's digital platforms (e.g. social media, newsletters, website).
- Assist in crafting copy and basic visuals for programmes, events, and community stories.
- Support documentation of programmes and events, including photography coordination, content collation and post-event write-ups.
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and compiling simple reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Operational Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for BAGUS Together's programmes and community events.
- Manage e-correspondence and respond to general enquiries via BAGUS Together's shared mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage, schedule and maintain records of incoming resource requests, including publicity, space and programme enquiries.
- Support communications and relationship-building with groundups, including facilitating coffee chats, attending groundup events and assisting with follow-ups.
- Support the BAGUS Together team in the coordination and implementation of its various programmes and events.
- Assist with internal documentation and record-keeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and content creation (e.g. social media, newsletters); familiarity with tools such as Canva is an advantage.
- Comfortable with administrative, coordination and documentation work.
- Proactive, reliable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, community development and groundup initiatives.
