Job Description

Intern #1

  • Programme conceptualisation, development and execution of workshops and programmes around starting a groundup and groundup capability skill development, and/or networking events
  • Stakeholder / Trainer engagement and management for events
  • Support the successful execution of BAGUS Together programmes

Intern #2

  • Engagement of groundup Leaders and members, and people interested in starting a groundup
  • Assist in partnership development and stakeholder engagement to secure resources (e.g. spaces, services, expertise) for groundups, where required
  • Notetaking, drafting long-form and short-form content based on meetings and engagements o
  • Support in data management and analysis

Intern #3

  • Support in our marketing, brand awareness and promotional efforts for BAGUS, our groundups and partners in the ecosystem.
  • Assist in planning, developing and creating engaging content for BT's social media and digital platforms in line with our brand and business objectives
  • Assist in community management and engagement across BT's social media platforms
  • Manage the content calendar and its timely updates for the wider NVPC marketing stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and assist to prepare reports
  • Support the BT team in implementation of its various programmes and events

Qualifications

  • Passionate about some community(ies) they are active in
  • Strong interest in different, groundup, non-profit organisations and understanding how they operate
  • Outgoing, comfortable with interacting with new people from different communities
  • Someone who is curious, takes initiative and pride in the work that they do.
  • Strong writing, analysis and communication skills
  • Events, programme design and facilitation experience
  • Active social media user/ content creator
  • (Not compulsory) Communications/ Writing/ Social Media creation/ is an active social media user
  • (Not compulsory) Qualitative research experience (e.g. In-depth interviews, Focus Groups)
