Through our brands, programmes, and initiatives, we facilitate partnerships with non-profits, organisations, public sector bodies, and individuals to enliven the giving ecosystem within Singapore.

Team information
The Company of Good connects organisations with a community of like-minded corporate givers to build capabilities in integrating doing good with business strategy and goals. Organisations can sign up for initiatives such as the Company of Good Fellowship and Champions of Good, a national platform recognising leadership and partnerships in doing good for the community. Company of Good serves the wider City of Good vision, of which National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) is a steward.
Project
Collaborate for Good Portfolio
To facilitate collaborations among corporates, COG set up the Collaborate for Good portfolio, with three areas of work:
- Facilitate the sharing and connecting of opportunities via the Collaborate for Good webpage
- Drive key strategic initiatives aimed at integrating goodness into daily lives of individuals through industry-wide efforts, particularly in the areas of food and retail, with key initiatives being:
- Eat for Good, bringing together stakeholders in the F&B industry to do good;
- Heartland Pays it Forward, a joint initiative with the Federation of Merchants’ Associations, Singapore (FMAS) to drive a nationwide pay it forward movement;
- Retail for Good, creating opportunities to give back as we shop
- Support existing work of various COG programmes such as the Company of Good Fellowship and Champions of Good by encouraging collaborations
Community Building Portfolio
To continue to develop a self-generating community of corporate givers, the community building portfolio will focus on the following area of work:
- Review and recommend an updated strategy and workplan for COG Community Building
Learning opportunity
The intern will pick up skills in all areas of marketing, specifically in content curation and management, account management and coordination, digital marketing knowledge. In a fast-paced and ever-changing field, the intern will learn how to adapt and pick up relevant skills quickly to perform to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with CFG team and follow up
- Support brainstorming on the CFG related initiatives
- Attend meetings relating to the community building portfolio
- Support brainstorming on the plan for COG community building efforts
Requirements
- Good organisation and coordination capabilities
- Able to confidently liaise with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in English
