Job Description

As an intern with the Integrated Marketing team, you will support efforts to shape and amplify the Gallery’s institutional voice across key exhibitions, festivals, and strategic initiatives. You will assist in the development of media materials, support press engagement, contribute to narratives for public communications, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure coherent and compelling storytelling. This role is ideal for individuals interested in arts communications, brand storytelling, media relations, or cultural sector marketing.

Intern Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting media materials and press kits for exhibitions and festivals

• Support media relations by managing media lists, monitoring coverage, compiling reports, and assisting with enquiries

• Assist with the planning and execution of media events, including logistics and liaison with journalists and influencers

• Support communications rollouts by tracking timelines, preparing presentation decks, and coordinating deliverables across projects

• Conduct research and administrative tasks, including benchmarking industry trends, archiving materials, and providing day-to-day team support

Requirements

• Available to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 3 months (up to 6 months), starting from May/Jun

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Marketing, Arts Management, or a related field

• Strong interest in the arts, culture, museums, or brand storytelling

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Comfortable engaging with media, influencers, and multiple stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Open to occasional overtime or work outside of stipulated hours, as required by project or event needs
