Job Description

As an intern, you will support the development and implementation of interdisciplinary programmes responding to permanent and special exhibitions including Gallery Children’s Biennale at the Gallery for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Interdisciplinary teams in planning and implementing programmes, including being on duty for selected programmes

• Assist in updating website information and Facebook events page for social media

• Collaborate with the Audience Development team in conceptualising programmes for key signature events

• Work closely with GCB25 team to assist in the operational and maintenance of artwork installations for Gallery Children’s Biennale

Requirements

• Available to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for 6 months, starting from Aug/Sep

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Actively takes initiative with an open mind and willingness to add value to the project beyond required scopes

• Proficient in MS Office
