Company Profile

Nasty Cookie is a fast-growing F&B brand built on the bold idea that dessert should be an experience, not an afterthought. We specialise in crafting indulgent, oversized cookies and innovative dessert concepts that have captured a loyal following across Singapore and beyond. From our signature Dubai Chewy Cookie to our ever-evolving menu of creative flavours, we are in the business of making moments memorable—one bite at a time.

A Young, Dynamic Workforce

We are powered by a young, energetic team that thrives on creativity, speed, and collaboration. There are no rigid corporate ladders here—just driven individuals who wear multiple hats, solve problems in real time, and grow alongside the business. Whether you are in the kitchen, on the retail floor, or behind the scenes, your voice matters and your impact is visible from day one.

Relentless Growth and Excellence

We do not settle for "good enough." At Nasty Cookie, we are always pushing boundaries—expanding into new markets, refining our operations, and raising the bar on what our customers can expect. We embrace challenges as fuel for growth, and we expect the same hunger for excellence from every person who joins us.

Job Description

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing F&B business truly operates—not from a distance, but from the inside out. You will work directly alongside our Head of Operations, gaining a rare top-down view of strategic decision-making while building practical, ground-level experience across our entire operations chain.

You will be involved in planning, coordinating, executing, and proposing improvements across procurement, logistics, production planning, and store operations. This is a high-exposure role where no two days are the same, and your contributions will be tangible from day one.

High performers in this internship will be considered for a permanent position as we continue to expand our team and operations.

What You Will Do

Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in developing production plans, store operations schedules, and logistics timelines that align with sales forecasts and business priorities

  • Support cross-functional coordination between procurement, production, retail, and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Contribute to capacity planning discussions and resource allocation as we expand our store network and production footprint

Execution & Ground Exposure

  • Monitor operational performance across outlets and production facilities, flagging issues and supporting timely solutions

  • Help execute new store openings, menu launches, and operational initiatives from planning through to go-live

  • Spend meaningful time on the ground—observing workflows, understanding team dynamics, and ensuring operational standards are met in real time

Procurement & Logistics

  • Support vendor sourcing, price comparisons, and supply chain coordination to secure quality ingredients and materials

  • Assist with inventory planning and stock movement between central kitchen, warehouse, and retail outlets

  • Track delivery schedules, liaise with logistics partners, and help troubleshoot supply disruptions

Production Planning

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and production team to plan batch schedules and raw material requirements

  • Help ensure production output meets demand while supporting waste minimisation and quality consistency efforts

Proposal & Process Improvement

  • Research and draft operational proposals for new workflows, cost-saving measures, or process improvements

  • Analyse operational data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities

  • Contribute to building SOPs, training materials, and operational playbooks as the business scales

What You Will Gain

  • Direct mentorship from senior leadership and exposure to strategic operational decisions

  • End-to-end understanding of procurement, logistics, production, and retail operations in a high-growth environment

  • A strong foundation in operational excellence that will serve you in any future operations, supply chain, or general management career

  • A clear pathway to a permanent role for interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and alignment with our growth trajectory

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data and analysis

  • Able to read, write and speak fluent Mandarin for procurement communication purposes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to move between high-level planning and hands-on execution

  • Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments where initiative is valued

  • Able to commit a minimum of 6 months
