Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Campaign & Community Management Intern at Narrators, your primary objective is to foster the growth and support of our community of influencers and content creators in executing client marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, sourcing influencers, collecting and analysing influencer data, as well as managing the briefing and content creation process. Using our Web & Mobile tech platform and extensive influencer database, you will match brands with the most relevant influencers. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the main tasks entrusted to you:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Use tools and platforms to gather valuable data and insights on influencers, including audience demographics, engagement rates, and content performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide informed recommendations on influencer selection and campaign strategies.

Community Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Team to ensure the successful execution of clients' influencer campaigns, ensuring productivity and quality.
  • Recruitment and Outreach – recruit & onboard new influencers into the community through our Mobile platform.
  • Manage influencer communication - from onboarding to campaign briefing & content creation process - you are the direct intermediary between the Company and the community of Narrators.
  • Community development – gather community feedback and analytics to derive actionable insights & processes to better serve our Narrators community and increase productivity.

Who we are looking for:

  • A do-er with strong initiative, personal drive, and self-starter mindset.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong research and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and the ability to effectively gather and interpret data.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Youtube is required.
  • 6 months internship preferred.
